Emaar Properties is one of UAE’s leading real estate development companies. With proven competencies in properties, shopping malls & retail and hospitality & leisure, Emaar shapes new lifestyles with a focus on design excellence & build quality. For Manzil project, the request was to create a variety of marketing collaterals for Manzil real estate project including brochures and web promotional videos highlighting the distinctive characteristics of the project. Inspired by Manzil’s arabesque architectural style with a modern twist, we created the logotype in both English and Arabic using modern serif font that can be positioned perfectly with Emaar logo. For the colors, we maintained neutral beige and brown colors to highlight the luxury feeling of the residences and link them to the atmosphere of Manzil boutique hotel.
