Emaar Misr is an integral division of Emaar Properties, a prominent real estate development firm in the Middle East. Our primary focus was crafting diverse marketing materials for the FAYA real estate project, a part of Emaar. This encompassed the creation of brochures and web promotional videos, intricately showcasing the unique attributes of the project. Inspired by Faya’s picturesque landscape, framed by captivating turquoise waters and pristine white sands, we meticulously designed the logotype in both English and Arabic. We opted for a modern serif font, seamlessly aligning with the Emaar logo. The color scheme retained natural, earthy tones, specifically brown and blue, amplifying the luxurious resort ambiance of the residences and harmoniously connecting them to the surrounding natural beauty of FAYA.
