G&CO Properties is a boutique real estate developer adopting a customer-centric approach in everything they do. They have exclusive partnerships with Meydan Group and Bank of Sharjah and aim to redefine the UAE real estate sector and play a role in making communities more sustainable. the request was to rebrand the company’s identity to reflect the architectural identity of UAE. For the logo, we have illustrated the most iconic home design developed by GCO and added the palm tree to highlight the architectural identity of UAE. For the color palette, we chose green, blue, and ivory to symbolize palm trees, water and architecture respectively.
